Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Policy for our merchandise is simple and straightforward. We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders within Australia. We delivery only in Australia. You can enjoy free delivery when you spend over $100. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location and amount of orders to proceed. - please check below for more information. Note: Not all products will be delivered as one package if purchasing more than one product.
Product Delivery Information
Estimated delivery times for products shipped within Australia are 7-12 Business days.
Estimated delivery times for products shipped from Overseas are 21-27 Business days.
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create the products.

All T-Shirts are designed and shipped in Australia, except for Black Heather, Red, Athletic Heather, Light Blue in XS. These products will be shipped from Overseas.
Beanies
All Beanies are designed and shipped from Overseas
Hoodies
All Hoodies are designed and shipped in Australia, Except for White, Navy, Light Pink, Dark Heather in 3XL and 4XL. Light Blue in L, 3XL and 4XL. These products will be shipped from Overseas.
Long Sleeve
All Long Sleeves are designed and shipped in Australia, Except for White, Navy, Black, Athletic Heather in XS. These products will be shipped from Overseas.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can do our best to fix the issue. We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong size product and you will need to place a new order at your expense. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or items lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date or there is nothing we can do for you. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. If returning product due to errors, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.
